These General Terms and Conditions govern the method of purchase, payment, delivery and return of products purchased through the El-nik doo online store.
A customer is any natural or legal person who places an order via the website www.el-nik.hr.
The buyer is obliged to read these General Terms and Conditions before purchasing. By purchasing the product, he confirms that he is familiar with them and fully accepts them.

2. PRODUCT OFFER

The seller sells electronic equipment. The product range is available on the website and is regularly updated.
Product photos are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. The seller reserves the right to make errors in the product description, image, or price.

3. PRICES

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
Prices are valid at the time of order confirmation.

4. ORDERING AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

The customer orders products via the website by adding the desired products to the cart and confirming the order.
The purchase agreement is considered concluded when the Seller electronically confirms the Buyer's order.
The customer will be notified of the order confirmation by e-mail.

Delivery is via GLS. Delivery time is usually 2–35 business days from receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery is made exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Croatia. In the event of a delay in delivery, the Buyer will be notified via e-mail.

7. WARRANTY

All products in the offer have a 12-month warranty period, unless otherwise stated for each product.
The warranty is valid under the conditions specified by the manufacturer and does not cover damage caused by improper use or mechanical damage.

8. RIGHT TO UNILATERALLY TERMINATE THE CONTRACT

The customer has the right, without giving a reason, to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days from the day he took over the product.
In order to exercise the right of termination, the Customer must submit a statement of termination via e-mail to info@el-nik.hr.
The product must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, in its original packaging, along with all accompanying parts and documentation.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer. The Seller will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

9. COMPLAINTS AND SERVICE

The customer has the right to complain if the delivered product does not match the order, is damaged or defective.
Complaints are submitted via e-mail info@el-nik.hr. The seller will respond to the complaint within 15 days of receipt.
If the complaint is justified, the product will be repaired, replaced or refunded.
